By accessing and using Convert It Pro ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
Description of Service
Convert It Pro provides online file conversion services that allow users to convert files between various formats, including documents, images, audio, video, archives, and code files.
User Accounts
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Providing accurate and current information
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload files containing malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Convert copyrighted material without proper authorization
- Use the Service for illegal purposes
- Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the Service
- Abuse, harass, or harm other users
- Circumvent usage limits or restrictions
- Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
Subscription Plans
Free Tier
- Limited to 5 conversions per day
- Maximum file size of 10MB

Premium Tier
- Unlimited conversions
- Maximum file size of 100MB
- Ad-free experience
- Priority support
- Batch conversion
Premium subscriptions are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time, and you'll retain Premium access until the end of your billing period.
Payment Terms
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.
Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new Premium subscriptions. To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of your initial purchase. Refunds are not available for renewals or after the 7-day period.
File Handling and Storage
Your uploaded files are automatically deleted from our servers within 1 hour after conversion. We do not claim ownership of your files and do not use them for any purpose other than performing the requested conversion.
Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is owned by Convert It Pro and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Convert It Pro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:
- Loss of data or files
- Conversion quality or accuracy
- Service interruptions or downtime
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.
Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice. We may also modify these Terms by posting updated terms. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Convert It Pro operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
